Kristin is a Health & Wellness Coordinator for Illinois and works at NorthPointe Resourcesin Zion, IL. Kristin has been working with people with disabilities for over 17 years. She has experience in direct care, program management and program development. She has overseen the development and expansion of health promotion programs at NorthPointe, while promoting wellness for individuals served. Kristin is an Advanced Certified Instructor for the HealthMatters Train the Trainer Program.

Dina is the Senior Vice President of Vocational Services for NorthPointe Resources (NRI), in Zion, IL. She has been an advocate for people with disabilities more than 20 years beginning her career as a direct support professional. Dina, an Advanced Certified Instructor for the HealthMatters Program: Train the Trainer Workshop, has been instrumental in establishing the HealthMatters Program as an organizational initiative within NRI. Dina is a key partner in HealthMatters Program (ARCA, NRI, and UIC) to build statewide infrastructure for improving the health of people with I/DD in Illinois.
